As is its legal duty, NIPSA has notified the employers of strike action giving at least seven days’ notice before commencement of action.
The Government’s refusal to speak to trade unions in any meaningful way on health service pay lies at the heart of this issue and if the Government think by ignoring us that we are going to go away, they are very wrong!
